Makro Strubensvalley useless!
Ordered a Defy microwave online from Makro, once opened I noticed the button to open does not properly work. Thereafter I arranged for the item to be collected and returned for either a refund or replacement. I have been waiting on the assessment to be done for 2 weeks now and when I call to follow up you wait forever and a day! This is ridiculous how quick you are to take my money but how useless you are in doing your job!

22 Jul 2024, 13:05When are you getting back to me I was told on Thursday the matter will be escalated to management?! 4 days later no response. I want my money back for the microwave you can forget about replacing the item I'm not doing business with you ever again!
