MAKRO STRUBENSVALLEY USELESS

I recently brought in my Samsung tv for repair at Makro Strubensvalley and it's a week over due that i have not heard a word from the Service dept. I try to contact Makro Strubensvalley and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AT THAT BRANCH, ITS ****ING PATHETIC!!!! USELESS????????????????????????????
