Makro Strubensvalley returns dept poor service and telephones calls are NEVER picked up

We took in tv a month ago that is still under warrantee. Trying to get Makro Strubensvalley to collect the tv back from the supplier. No one answers at the returns department or the main switchboard. So i have to drive in from Krugersdorp to go in person to get them to collect the tv. Very poor service.
