Pathetic service once again!!!!!! Makro Strubensvalley

Went to get a quote on portable air cons, staff assisted with quote. Pay the R 15 000 odd amount, go back to collect to find out there is NO stock (Conveniently forgot to tell me there is NO STOCK). They send me to WOODMEAD makro, make me wait for half an hour to check if the payment was received. Only to tell me the payment doesn't show they can't help me. Guy from Makro Woodmead calls this morning to tell me the payment still doesn't show, I then told him the payment was made into Strubensvalley Makro's account as thy did the quote - He rep**** "Oh that's a problem, Makro Strubensvalley needs to transfer the money to their account" AND CAN'T TELL ME HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE!!!! WHY QUOTE ME ON SOMETHING YOU DO NOT EVEN HAVE STOCK OF, SEND ME TO WOODMEAD WERE THEY CAN'T ASSIST BECAUSE THE PAYMENT WASN'T PAID INTO THEIR ACCOUNT. PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
