MAKRO STRUBENSVALLEY ONLINE ORDER - PATHETIC SERVICE WITH NO ANSWERS

Despite several emails, calls and listed on hello peter, I still don't have feedback. Makro agents simply respond on email by saying they will escalate. Not one staff member will actually pick up the phone to call you back. The store in question that delivered my order is Strubensvalley. The store number just rings - I have tried calling the Manager for a week now. My reference number is MAK***. Can someone in HIGHER MANAGEMENT please contact the MANAGER at Strubensvalley and enquire when my short delivery will be sorted out. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can Makro treat their clientele in this way
