Makro Strubensvalley not deliver goods ordered online

Ordered goods from Makro store Strubensvalley branch online on the 1st of April and to date have not received my order or refund,calling and logging complaints daily without anyone contacting me to explain how long will I have to wait or receive a refund.I am not happy with the service and the managing team for not resolving my complaint.
