Makro Strubensvalley Laptop Drama

I bought an HP laptop. Within the warranty period it gave problems. I took it back. They claimed it was "repaired". Lo and behold, the SSD was changed, the cover was changed but they claimed they changed the battery only. I asked for a refund they their vendor must decide my fate. The manager there claims he cannot do anything because the vendor is dictating term.

I am beginning to think that this is ******. The laptop has been in for more than two months now. Makro Strubensvalley say they can't do anything. They can't credit me or give me a new laptop.
