Makro Strubensvalley - horrible telephonic service.

I am really disappointed with the telephonic service from Makro Sturbensvalley, My daughter and I was at the store this morning and enquired about a cell phone. later this afternoon, my daughter phone to ask something about the phones we looked at. My daughter had to hold on for over 20 minutes and got transferred from pillar to post, eventually the person on the phone said that my daughter needs to phone after an hour as there is nobody to assist her because they are all on lunch. Phoning Makro is worse than waiting in a queue at home affairs, we wanted to purchase 2 cell phones . . . . which is obviously does not contribute much to their daily target, I don't want to purchase them anymore .I'm seriously disappointed.
