MAKRO StrubensValley, delivery Disgusting

What disgusting service we received from MAKRO delivery guy. We purchased a stove on the Saturday, MAKRO advised that they would contact us an hour before delivery. It was a Sunday and we waited for the call, the delivery guy then calls from our NEIGHBOURS phone, because he was outside our yard and the Neighbour went out and asked if everything is ok, he then pursued to say he is just leaving our stove by the Neighbours and then the Neighbour called us and asked if this is for us? THE DELIVERY GUY WAS so rude with my husband, he didn't call us, he said he sent an sms, of which we still haven't received. The delivery guy then said he can't wait for us, he is leaving. He was so rude, i am afraid to receive the stove on my own today as i am afraid of Gender Base Violence, I have PTSD from his tone on the phone. Makro, Strubens valley, please get better delivery guys. This is disgusting. After taking our money your delivery guy wanted to leave the stove at a Neighbours house???? Makro has still not called us back, with any reconcilation.
