MAKRO - Strubensvalley

I went to Makro Strubensvalley Roodepoort on 25.11.2021 (thursday) , I bought a couple of items including rotten lamb & mouldy, partially dried out spongy watermelon . What a disappointment… Paid R135 for the lamb & R30 for the watermelon BUT lets be honest , when you have a braai the next day and open your newly bought , refrigerated items with family members awaiting some good food - what do you do? Drive to Makro on a friday evening to complain?? Hence , my complaint on HP. Also , its not just 1 item , but 2 packs of lamb as well as a pack of fruit. WHAT IS GOING & how to I get my money back OR get my items replaced? Not even to mention having to drive all the way back to Makro (diesel/travel cost) the time to do so & go through the whole process of exchanging/returning (time wasted) …? Im seriously disappointed in the quality of Makros meat and fresh items - since its my first time visistimg their butcher and fresh produce isle!
