Makro Strubensvalley

I have placed an online order on 21/04/20 to the amount of R2385 and paid for it online with my makro card. I had to phone them 4 times to get my order delivered. This order was only packed and delivered on 03/05/20. By this time some stock items were out of stock due to the fact that my order was packed late. On delivery I was presented with 2 invoices totaling R1706 and a motr stating that some items were put of stock. So I've paid R2385, received goods R1706. In other words they owe me a credit of R679. Now 7 weeks later I have still not received any form of credit on my account. I've emailed them about 8 times and spoke to them on the phone, yet still no credit. So I my eyes they've ****** R679 from me. Nobody bothers to try and help or solve my problem. Very poor online order system and customer care. Shame on them.
