Makro Strubens Valley, Roodepoort - BAD!!!!
Makro, Strubens Valley, Roodepoort I bought a dishwasher on the 3rd of March 2023. When I got home I noticed the top tray for cutlery was broken. It was then reported. After back and forth e-mails regarding promises of replacing the top tray, none was every kept. I had to follow up constantly on e-mail and make phone calls. After many explanations, on the 24th or March a tray arrived, but the wrong one. I explained how many times the top tray for cutlery, and they delivered the middle tray for cups. I have yet to receive any feedback. I believe this definitely sets a new record for astounding customer service as the people and staff just does not care enough to deliver.

03 Apr 2023, 09:33Good morning, thanks for the reply. I have still not received any feedback or phone calls. I made yet another call this morning and they said the matter would be escalated. Sounds like the same story I heard for the last month. My reference number that I logged on 03/03/2023 is ***. As you can see 1 month already waiting for a simple tray for a dishwasher. I am so concerned about the technicality and difficulty off your job.
