Makro - strubens Valley - Pathetic

I have been trying to get hold of Makr strubens valley for over a week now and nobody answers the phone. my item which was purchased at makro was taken into makro returns for assessment and repairs on the 31.08.2020. I was told at the time of checking it in that I would have feedback by no later than 3 weeks. upon calling the call centre on the 20.08 I was told by customer service that the item is still in the store and was not send to manufacturer for repair. tried calling the store several times however no answer. I was told by customer service that a request for the store to call me was sent and I can expect a call back within 48 hours from both the store aswell as customer service. to date I have-not had any feedback. no one is able to advise where is my item or when I could have it back. seriously frustrating . Worst customer service I have experienced to date just the manner and urgency in which my query has been handled thus far is apauling
