Makro Strubens Valley giving me the run around

I bought an item at Makro online on the 21 November 2024. Upon unwrapping the item, I noticed that some parts were missing and immediately contacted Makro online to notify them. I was told that a pick up and exchange would be arranged. I had to chase Makro Strubens Valley to come for the pick up. Eventually they came mid-december but to my suprise, to only do the pick up but not exchange as I'd expected. I have not received any updates from them since then. I don't have the item purchased nor my money back. Because I bought the item on sale, that is exactly what I am expecting to receive and not my money! I have wasted enough money on airtime to try sort this out.
