MAKRO STRUBENS VALLEY DROPPING THE BALL BADLY

This is my 2nd unpleasant experience with Makro Strubens valley, for some whatever reasons are dropping the ball. I placed an order on Sunday Morning the 01st of September and to this day, I'm still waiting for the delivery. Even when they see there's a delay, they will not have a courtesy to call nor SMS. The App has been "in progress" the whole week. I received an SMS that my delivery will be on Thursday, I made sure I was home but dololo delivery. I always have to call, and the consultants gives same feedback, yet nothing happens. Makro Strubens Valley/ online this is not COOL at all. I have ordered from Makro before and this has not been the service standard. I ordered items I really needed ASAP and was confident will be delivered on time like my previous orders, but I guess they decided "NOT THIS TIME SESI"
