MAKRO STRUBENS VALLEY DISGUSTING SERVICE
I bought an oven and hob from Strubens Valley and I told them I need delivery by Thursday. My electrician has come three times and still no oven. The "despatch coordinator" Never answers the phone. MICHAEL took my order and rudely wrapped up by the cashier because he was rushing to knock off. I am absolutely disappointed to say the least. Please NEVER BUY FORM MARKO STRUBENS VALLEY EVER. There is no communication after they take your money and no body answers the phone. #makro

After going through hell to be put through to the store, then arranging delivery because the salesman didn't bother to arrange delivery-despite me telling him I'm prepared to collect from the other branch due to time constraint , R700 in call out fees later , yes... I have finally received my order .
