Makro Strubens valley Disgusted at their service

I ordered on 15 July 2023 groceries at Makro got an email that expected delivery date will be 18 July 2023. I gave them a benefit of doubt thinking they will deliver within 5 days ,today 22 July 2023 is exactly a week since I ordered online. Their online service is ********** I must say. I called multiple times at their call centre because the store clearly is avoiding answering calls from customers I called on *** and *** my airtime would finish while holding on the line so they can answer their store phone.

At the call centre they escalated the matter multiple times with no issue being resolved but yesterday 21 July I received an email asking how was their customer service how does Makro have the guts to send such an email that's pure disrespect.

It was my first time ordering from makro and trust me when I say I will never buy from there again. I am also wondering should they deliver my groceries if they will deliver fresh stock or expired products because with the service I am receiving is making me cringe on what will I receive.

As I read some if the reviews about makro it shows th0at the business does not reply it shows they have zero concerns about their customers and trust Makro will loose customers.
