Makro Strubens Valley. What a joke. Whe ordered our monthly groceries and food from Makro online on the 28 August. Only our dog food got delivered. But out groceries not. Whe where stuck the whole weekend without food without Washing powder. As whe used all our money to pay our order. Whe could not afford others. Whe phoned the online numbers the lady at the toll-free line helped us but when she phoned the store at Strubens Valley. The never picked up. They even at one stage put the phone down in her ear. And this after the full order was paid. You. Just don't get any help from the store. They don't give a **** about their customers. As long as they have ure money. They don't care. To be stuck a whole weekend without food or cleaning supplies are No ****ing joke. Shame on you Makro Strubens Valley. You don't care about customer service. As long as u got ure money. DISGUSTING.
