Makro Strubens Valley

Bought a bicycle online to have 1 of 2 boxes given to me, this I discovered while assembling the bicycle. I have been wanting to buy this bicycle for months since late 2020. I have been checking for availability in store and eventually decided to check online. Finally in late October 2021 it was available and that’s when I decided to buy and collect at Strubens valley. I collect my purchase on the 23 of October. Unfortunately for me the joy was short lived when I discovered I was supposed to receive 2 boxes but the consultant only gave me 1. I am not happy as this forces me to return to the store to get the missing box. If I knew I would receive this Mickey Mouse service I would have gone to Woodmead as I have never had such an experience.
