Makro Struben Valleys Terrible Customer Service

I orders luggage and a few other items for my festive travel in November. Today is 18 December 2021 and I still have not received my order. I received an email indicating the package was handed to the couriers 05 December however nothing has been delivered to date. I keep calling the first consultant said it would be delivered in a day; nothing was received. I then called to speak to the online manager who says he can’t assist because the delivery has been dispatched and he will get the dispatch manager to contact me. They never ever call back as promised or reply to emails. No one can tell me where is my order or when it will actually be delivered. I’m appalled by the service of every department involved in online purchases. No assistance, no accountability, mo decent service. I will never ever order online again. I have no had to go purchase new bags. I’ve requested a refunds but haven’t even received and response to that request.
