Makro Struben Valley Service is Pathetic!

We bought a Samsung double door Fridge in 2018, the fridge and the freezer slowly started not being as cold as it should from September, and then the freezer completely stopped working in November and that's when we reported it to Makro Struben Valley. The Same person came twice between November and December, instead our fridge would get worse and worse with every visit from the technician. Beginning of January 2022 Makro sent to agents to come fix it, and we were told the fan in the fridge needed to be replaced and it would take 3 weeks for the fan to arrive as it still had to be ordered, from where, I don't even know. 4 weeks passed, and we had to call them to ask about the order... no update or feedback from Makro, absolutely NOTHING just silence. They then called to come again on the 7th of Feb 2022, but didn't pitch and no communication to reschedule was sent whatsoever. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. They came on the 9th when they felt like it and when they arrived they said they had the wrong Fan Size!!!!!!!!!! From November 2021 to now Mid February 2022. Makro Struben Valley how long are we supposed to "wait" for assistance???? The inconvenience we've had to endure, for 4 damn months!!!!! It's totally unacceptable!!!
