Makro Struben Valley & Makro call centre very bad service.

I contacted makro call centre more than twice to enquire about my parcel that has not arrived. When I track the parcel it is still in store but it is written that it was suppose to be delivered yesterday .The lady that helped me in the call centre said it take 3-5 working days for the parcel to be delivered which is not even written on the site,Then proceeded and contacted the store several times the was not answer.How does a store leave a phone anattended so where will customers raise their complains because they don't even answer their emails.Such poor customer care!
