Makro strikes again
After waiting for over a month for the delivery of the washing machine I finally received an undamaged item on Wednesday, 27th November 2019 this after Makro having had sent me 2 damaged machines on different dates which were returned.
However on unpacking and installing the washing machine yesterday, 30th November 2019, I find that the item does NOT work! Try as I may washing machine will NOT run when pushing the Start/Pause button.
Whilst I realise you are not the manufacturer I have lost patience and not amused with Makro and now must insist that this problem is solved before the 6th December 2019.
This purchase has been a nightmare for me. I run a guest house I am now left in the situation, at the busiest time of my year, not having a washing machine for my guests to use. All as a result of the inefficiencies of Makro!
