Makro stores Guarantee ****s
In May 2018 we bought a Karcher pressure washer . About 4 to 6 weeks ago we sent the unit in for repairs as the machine does not function correctly as it did in the beginning. We were the informed that that the warranty or guarantee does not cover the pump..... This was first of all not told to us the unit was bought... secondly a pressure washer only consist of an electric motor and a pump enclosed in a plastic is the biggest bull**** excuse i have heard that the pump is not coverd... if it does not function as it was supposed to do after 5 to 6 months of use always an excuse not to fullfil a warranty or guarantee just to make extra money from the consumer

15 Jan 2019, 16:22The relevant parties has been in contact with me and said that the machine will be repaired with no cost to me.... after a day or two the store contacted me and te story changed again and now i still need to pay.... i said that i was not informed and i will not pay for repairs... i have even spoken to a Kärcher repair center who said that pumps is the main part of machine and ia coverd thus the issues raised is a makro problem... its been weeks now and still no feedback from store.... really getting irritated with this lack of service from such a big company....
