MAKRO STORE(ONLINE) WORST EXPERIENCE

Hi, I created an online quotation in May and sent it to my sponsor to make payment, they paid last month on the 15th by mistake to one of the stores account instead of the online account. It's been 3 weeks making enquiries about this and I'm always told it's being fixed, they told me the matter would be fixed by this week for deliveries to start next week but I checked this morning and the new order I was told to make has been cancelled. I still haven't been helped yet they confirmed that money was paid to them.
