Makro Store Woodmead Online absolutely ****

Ordered a fridge from Makro Online, delivered by Woodmead branch. What an unprofessional manner and delivery! The fridge was laid strewn on top of other deliveries on a small bantum bakkie, the fridge was thrown down stairs, having 2x deep dents in it when it arrived already, delivery person rude, breaking not only one of the tiles, but also leaving 2 deep dents and scratches straight through the box, polestryne, and plastic onto the fridge. I have food, kids lunches for school, and perishables that I had bought because my fridge arrives today, yet I am told they will only collect it tomorrow and then in 5 days or so let me know when I will receive a new fridge. Plus I must repair the tile THEY broke AND live off takeout?? Will they pay for that? How will my kids eat? Then I am told I must repackage it myself too. ****test service ever!!
