Makro Store Strubens Valley

I am a regular customer of Makro and a fan of buying in bulk, I had no problem until now. On the 23rd of December 2022, I went shopping at Makro Store Strubens Valley where I happened to lose my phone. I spoke to their management and security of the store to check their security footage. They took our alternative contact details and promised to contact us since. We have not received any feedback or proof of the so-called footage in order to claim for insurance.

I am very disappointed as it took me 3 months to write this review and so far, they did not bother to come back to us regarding the incident!!!!
