Very disappointed with Makro store..I have since bought a couch on the 26th November 2025..until today my couch is not delivered and no communication from their side either..I’ve called them several times to follow up but all they do is to always allege that they are escalating but never do anything…if I hadn’t confirmed by order with them I’d think I was ****med…I’d never ever advise anyone to buy from them especially online..their service is terrible

10 Dec 2025, 18:02Makro really never cease to disappoint…after so many days of waiting for my order and finally posting my complaint on hello peter…I can’t believe they just cancelled my order without any communication....what’s even worse is that even after authorising a refund..i still have to wait 8 more days for my money to reflect in my account…if there’s anything I can confirm for sure is that they are really bad in business..never been so disappointed
