MAKRO STOLE R2799 FROM

I purchased a smart TV online at Makro, for R2799 on special on the 15 August 2022. On the 19th of August 2022 my TV was expected to be delivered but never arrived. On the 24 TH August 2022, they informed me that there was a delivery attempt but that no one answered, however there are no calls recorded on my number for that day. Then when I tried to contact Makro I was informed that Makro had cancelled my order.I NEVER RECIEVED THE TV. I have continued to make contact with anyone in charge, but I keep getting told the money was returned to my account. THE MONEY HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED!!!! Not A single person at head office can assist, they refer me to MassMart. this has been a daily task. I have been advised from Makro to purchase another TV , that is the responce I get !!!!!!!!!
