Makro stole my R50

I made an online purchase, money was deducted from my account, days later when I try to trace the item I purchased, I am told I did not make a payment only to find that makro did not allocate the money. When I cancel the order I am told I will be charged. What nonsense is that ? First it is not my fault and the item will obviously arrive late when I no longer need it. Why change me delivery fee which nothing has not delivered to me. Makro is a ****
