Makro stole my money!

I ordered a chair online in December and was told it would arrive within 2 weeks. It was meant to be a Christmas present for my mom but the chair never arrived.

I then requested a refund online and now the order has been cancelled and the status of the refund is complete but I still have not received my money. This is theft!
