Makro stole my money
Ordered an item online on 29 Nov 2022 with the delivery address <40km from the Ottery collection store-order has still not been delivered.
Tried reaching out to the callcentre, managed to get hold of someone after holding 35min - time wasted as they could not give any answers.
Followed up with an email to customer care-again a waste of time.
Makro officially stole my money!!!
Will never purchase anything from them ever again!

20 Dec 2022, 16:16Yet again, another failed promise. Received a call yesterday stating that my parcel will be delivered today...Still waiting for it to be delivered. Burned my fingers and unfortunately will not be supporting Makro ever again as they are *******!!!
