Makro stole my money

I've been saving every month with makro loading money in a gift card 1300 in total however when it time for me to enjoy my money they tell me there is no money in my Marko gift card and I have everything the card and slip with me so Pls help in this matter because I needed to buy my kids food for lunch box all I want is my money back
