Makro stole my money

Makro, you delivered a completely defunct gazebo to me on 2 May 2025 that I needed for a charity event. On 31 May 2025 when I first opened it with a field full of people, we found the gazebo bent and broken. Since that day I have consistently phoned and followed up on this order. It is March 2026 and with the gazebo returned to you, yet no return or refund to me, I can now confirm that Makro has ****** my money. You have not gotten back to me despite multiple calls and promises. You should be jailed.
