Makro stole my money

I return my order the same day and call and email them foe my refund and it is more than 14 days I am waiting. Last time I phoned was the excuses that the previous consultant though it was a new request but the one before said they logged it to finance. Clearly the consultants at Makro online does not gow to do they Job. So I lost R2000 and I do not have the goods.
