MAKRO STOLE MY MONEY

On the 29th of November 2024, I purchased 2 x sets of bar stools from Makro Online to the value of R2620.00. On the 30th of November 2024, this order was packed awaiting courier. To date, two weeks later my order is still waiting to be collected and delivered to me. Numerous phone calls and emails have sent to Makro requesting assistance to no avail. Nobody at the call centre is interested, daily escalations have been logged with nobody bothered to call me back. I was forced to call Value Logistics with a **** waybill number given to me by Makro call centre to which Value couldn't do anything about as the waybill does not even exist. Makro has now taken my money *****ulently with no intention of sending me what I have paid for. I am now forced to seek a SAPS case against Makro for *****. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MAKRO AS THEY ARE ROGUES.
