MAKRO STOLE MY MONEY!!!!!

I bought a cot bed online and when I went to collect I found that what they gave me was not the same as the picture online, I the returned back the cot bed and I was told the refund will reflect in my account within 2-5 working days by Germiston Makro branch. after 8 days of not being refunded I then contacted Makro today and I was taken from pillar to post being told to hold for over 20minutes and I was informed that Grant from the financial department processed the refund and on their system it shows the refund was successful but according to my bank statement there's no payment from Makro. I don't know if this Grant refunded money onto his own bank account. please investigate this matter as a matter of urgency or I will report you for theft.
