Makro stole my money

I placed an order online on black friday, 27.11.19 for a vacuum cleaner and it's now Monday, 30.12.19 and I still have not received it. Makro said their delivery times for black friday was 7 to 10 business days I even went on holiday and came back and still nothing was delivered a whole month and few days later! They also sent a minauture microwave with my details on it to be delivered to me on 4.12.19 the product was not mine and we sent it back with the courier company. The last day for delivery of of my vacuum in terms of their black friday times would have been 11 December 2019 because i placed this order on 27.11.19.

The service at Makro online is extremely pathetic and unacceptable. I received only 2 calls from Makro sicne querying this and was told they will look into it and communicate with the courier company that was it and nothing to date has been done. Makro stole my money and took a delivery fee from me for something that was not delivered to me.
