Makro Stokvel Account a nightmare

The Kibler Park Club has been paying for a Stokvel Account at Struben Valley Makro for the whole 2021 financial year. Today, on arrival at Makro Alberton (8:30) we were met by a disastrous situation where our funds could not be allocated for the whole 6hrs. We had to go through the ordeal of making an affidavit to confirm funds belonged to us and later wait 6hrs for our purchase to be to be approved. I am disappointed that when we make funds to stokvel accounts there are no obstacles but accessing the funds became a mammoth task. If an employee at Makro is unable to verify funds and who or what is the money deposited supposed to be verified by? It's almost 3pm and we are still waiting funds to be transferred from Struben Valley Makro to Makro Alberton.
