Makro stocked freezers stop working after 1 week
Makro sells faulty factory units. I bought a new hisense freezer and it only worked 1 week now it trips the power even if the outlet is off. All my meat also bought at Makro will now be spoilt. I hate Makro it's the 2nd faulty appliance sold to me . And I don't have transport to travel 80km back to crown mines to get my money back.

Its been a long time sending many messages to Makro and Hisense. I lost all my meat due to poor quality freezer sold. How long does Makro take to solve problems? Or don't they.

19 Apr 2025, 06:54Makro still hasn't done anything about a broken fridge they sold me. I got called twice with promises of a technician coming to have a look but still no one came. They actually asked me to send all the details again after I did so weeks ago and got told twice by Massmart that a technician is coming. People please don't waste your hard earned money at makro. They sell factory faulty units on behalf of Hisense and other cheap manufacturers. No honor at Makro
