Makro stock availability info on website unreliable

This review is for incorrect information on stock availability given on Makro's website. I wanted to purchase a specific smartphone. Makro's website confirmed stock available at all Makro stores. But this was not the case when I arrived at the Riversands store. No stock of the phone I had intended to purchase. Again, Masstores appears to have a lack of reliable information between sales/advertising and warehousing/distribution. They need to solve it. Fed up with both Game and Makro from where I had tried unsuccessfully to purchase the advertised phone, I stopped in at The Digital Experience at Fourways Crossing on my way home. They had the phone I wanted at a great price AND a technician to transfer info from my old phone to newly purchased phone at no extra charge. So, I'll be shopping from The Digital Experience in future.
