Makro still useless.
bought an laptop at makro online. 1.delivery came without charger and bag as advertised. 2.When wanting to return the item, was asked if i would like the bag and charger to which i rep**** yes,that took forever so i requested my money back this was 2 weeks ago and im still waiting for my refund. 3.was contacted by many different agents who promised to inform me of any developments latest was a couple of days but no one comes back to me with any info i have to log queries everytime for them to give me a call and tell me they will get back to me and never do,mind you this is my second review of makro and same issue still haven't been resolved.
