Makro still the same shrewd company

This is Mako's new strategy. After 6 months of fighting for our money we received the below email from them. Problem is; they have never paid our money, have never send us any kind of payment advice. After multiple emails to them querying the below empty promise; yes, NO REPLY. Typical what they are doing with thousands of their customers.
