MAKRO STILL NOT RESOLVEING MATTERS

MAKRO REP**** TO PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WITH AGAIN A NON RESOLVING EMAIL

THIS IS MY RESPONCE TO THEN That I have been hearing for more than a month every week same story .... it will be escalated, I will inform my supervisor, our team leaders are in a meeting , maybe they should stop having meetings and start taking action in getting matters resolved !!!!!

Every phone call lasts at least 30 min and by the time I put the phone down NOTHING has changed or been resolved.

Then they say they are going to send an email with all the details of when a courier will arrive....I never receive an email and is back to square one.... calling being on the phone for 30 min ect .....
