Makro still not reimbursing after 44 days

Makro cancelled my order 31 December and have still not reimbursed me. AFter 2 hellopeter complaints and tons of e-mails to Makro & Massmart , someone from the hello peter team promised to push for me to be reimbursed last Friday and then proceeded to drop off the planet. Still haven't Almost a week later and I still haven't gotten my money back. The only time I get any response from Makro is when I post on hello peter.
