Makro still do not replace my broken and bent clothes drier

I keep complaining about Makro not replacing the bent and broken clothes drier I received from them and they still do nothing. I keep having to complain on Hellopeter, again and again. Why do Makro do nothing? Why do they force me to write that they are so useless. Why can't they do what they say they will do and replace the clothes drier?
