Makro steels your money.

It has now been three months since I placed an online order with Makro. They took my payment, yet I have still not received the goods. This is the second time I’m posting on HelloPeter—after my first complaint, I was promised a resolution within a week. That deadline came and went over a week ago, and still, nothing has been done. Does Makro really expect customers to simply give up on recovering their money? This feels less like poor service and more like outright theft.
