Makro- stay out of online business!

The online service for delivery can be tolerated. The return service is extremely bad- My experience: Logging the return with umpteen follow ups. One must be prepared to wait for 3weeks or perhaps longer for a return item to be collected. I will have to assess the waiting period for the refund! Makro, stay out of online business - you do not have a concept of a business value chain! Regards Dr Ishmail
