MAKRO - Stay away

Never ever buy from Makro Online please be aware!! I bought a product on the 6th of December 2023 and there was an online issue where the funds were deducted from my account but the order still showed awaiting payment. I requested a refund on the 12th of December 2023 and their policy stipulates that they will refund you within 14 days. Today is the 26th of January and I still haven't received my money. Everytime you call they tell you they will escalate they will escalate but nothing happens. This company is useless. I am opening a police case with SAPS for ***** and theft.
