Makro staff rude aggresive behaviour

I went to makro Crown Mines to replace my UPS. I had taken a photo of my ups so I could buy the same size. At the electronic section I found the same brand but was not so sure about the specs. I asked the sales assistant who was right next to me .He was busy on his cellphone and just ignored me. I asked again and he responded in a rude manner. The other female assistant rushed to assist us. My wife made a comment to say that he's busy on his cell and won't help customers. He then turned away and swore in zulu to say that we are talking **** in a rude and aggressive manner. Not realising that I understand. He then walked away as I confronted him. Refused to show his ID tag. His immediate manager came . Did not engage with us but just took this guy away. I waited for about 10 minutes as I asked for the general manager of the store. A Mr Basil Green came . He just wanted to calm the situation . We continued shopping and seen the salesman back at his position. At about 3 pm Mr Green called us and said there's absolutely nothing that Makro can do as he's a contractor. He's referred it to the company contracted. I find this absolutely hideous. I then called Makro Head Office call center. Reported the incident on Wednesday. Till date nobody has responded. Really disappointed in this service. So many people need jobs . Why do we still need to employ people that are rude and aggressive.
